Technical and Customer Support
Pak-Tec provides complete technical and customer support during and after the installation of equipment.
We have technicians in each of our Technical centers. These centers are located in Lake Wylie, SC (Charlotte),
Raleigh, NC, Richmond, VA, Knoxville, TN, Memphis, TN, Orlando, FL and Atlanta, GA. The Raleigh, NC
Technical center also has fabrication and software integration capabilities that can provide all
that may be needed on an installation.
At installation, our technicians start-up the equipment and verify that it is operating properly
under real production conditions. Once this is complete, they train your
operators and maintenance staff on equipment operation and maintenance. After
installation, we provide technical and customer support when needed, and service
contracts on your equipment are also available.
We also provide after hours,

Training, Classes and Workshops
Our training classes may be held at your facility, or at one of
Pak-Tec's technical centers. We adapt the training programs to meet your
specific needs, and they can be directed to your operators, your maintenance
staff, or both.
A well trained staff will help optimize the use of your
equipment, and reduce the number of service calls that occur.

Parts Inventory
Our technicians carry a large variety of spare and replacement
parts. When they are on a service call, these parts allow them to repair most
problems they encounter. On the rare occasions where they don't have the part
they need, that part is usually in stock at our corporate warehouse in Lake
Wylie, SC (Charlotte). This location allows us to have the parts in our
technicians' hands in one day if necessary. If the part needed is one that we
usually do not stock, we can expedite it from our vendors to arrive when
needed.
Demonstrations
We use demo's to show how the equipment that was specified for your
application works on your production line. We can do these demo's at your
facility, or at one of Pak-Tec's technical centers. We usually require samples
of your product prior to the demo, so that we can set the parameters of the
equipment that will be used for the demo. The demo allows you to see the results
of our equipment in a "real life" application. If you would like to set up a
